Freewave 3

Eastbourne, Jul 19 - 20

Eastbourne's Extreme Sports Festival returns 19-20 July 2008 with inline skating, power boat racing, sailing, land yachting and top windsurfers from the UK Windsurfing Association compete in National events. To check out the latest news, site map, time table and local accommodation visit the Eastbourne Extreme website.

There's plenty to see and do over the two-day event with an even bigger line up of air, land and water outdoor pursuits offering taster sessions, demonstrations and even holding national competitions. Visitors will flock to the beaches on Eastbourne seafront as The UK Windsurfing Association use Eastbourne Extreme as the setting of one leg of their National Cup and Freewave Series.

A judge has been appointed for Freewave 3 and competitors can look forward to some exciting competition. Our Chairman has promised to 'sail them till they drop' with an early briefing at 9.45am on Saturday. Eastbourne promises to offer near perfect conditions for Freewave; competitors can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome at the UKWA Office and an Extreme Sports Festival to remember.

Showers and toilets will be available adjacent to the event site and there is plenty of grass for rigging.
