Classes

Junior (Under 17 on 31st December 2004):

1) 6.8m2 class. (This includes Imco 6.6, Aloha 6.5 or Techno 6.8m2).
2) 5.5m2 class (to include all sail sizes up to 5.5m2)

Adults:

1) 7.5 Raceboard (i.e. maximum sail size of 7.5m2).
2) Unlimited (Anything goes - any board or sail combination).
Adults will be further subdivided by gender, weight, and possibly age if the numbers of competitors warrant it. Entry forms will request appropriate information.

Notes:

  1. All competitors must have their own 3rd Party Insurance.
    (Membership of RYA or UKWA provides this for free).
  2. Events are organized by volunteers for the benefit of competitors and
    to promote the sport of Windsurfing.
  3. The decision of the event organizers is final.
  4. Entry Fees: Adult £11, Junior/Full time student £5.
  5. Briefing 11.00am & first race starts at 11.15am unless otherwise
    stated.
  6. Maximum of 3 discards for series.

note- Crosby Marine Lake event is under threat due to Sefton Council planning lake closure for 18 months !
