Slalom 4 Eastbourne Cancelled

Due to unforeseen circumstances, regrettably, Slalom 4, scheduled this coming weekend has been cancelled.

Apologies for the short notice.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts it has proven to be impossible to find a safe place to launch our safety boats. The local marina no longer offers boat launch and recovery on Saturday and Sunday! With the nearest slipway along this difficult coastline many miles away the race committee have decided it can not risk possible injury or worse to its much-valued volunteers.

Should the opportunity arise, we will explore rescheduling this event later in the season at an alternative venue
