RS:X Summer Training - 4 Day Non Residential Camp
Location: Northampton Sailing Club, Pitsford Water
Dates Monday 4th to Thursday 7th August 2014 inclusive.
The camp will run along side the very popular Techo Summer Camp
The camp is being run by the RS:X class. The camp will be open to all but the emphasis will be for those wishing to or have recently transitioned from Techn to RS:X.
The camp will not include accommodation. The camp will include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on all four days. (excluding breakfast day 1 & dinner day 4) in the sailing club.
Camp will begin at 9.30am on Monday 4th and conclude at 4.30pm on Thursday 7th
Places will be limited although a waiting list will be colated and a second coach may be engaged.

About the Club
The Club is situated at Pitsford Reservoir and is an ideal venue for sailors of all ages and abilities. The reservoir, near the A508 north of Northampton, covers 450 acres so there is never any problem getting onto the water. The site slopes down directly to the water with access by concrete slipways. The Clubhouse has modern facilities, a galley run by professional caterers, a bar and a comfortable lounge.

From the A14 leave at Junction 2, take the A508 to Northampton. At the first island go streight on, at the second island turn left. The entrance to the club is on your left through the iron gates.
Terms of attendance
The UKWA reserves the right to exclude or expel any member / non member / family / group or individual from its event site should it be considered that they may by their actions or the perception of such bring the UKWA, its hosts other parties or individuals into disrepute. The UKWA Committee, in part or in it’s entirety, shall be the sole judge of such action, and their decision is deemed final.
Persons expelled shall leave the event site within 30 minutes of any verbal notice and shall not return. Exclusion may be deemed temporary (this event) or permanent (all events). Permanent expulsion shall be the decision of the elected committee and shall be confirmed in writing within 21 days of any temporary expulsion, however any excluded individual may not attend any UKWA events during this period of consideration.
