Notice is hereby given of the UKWA AGM to be held at WPNSA on the evening of Saturday 1st April at 7.30pm As listed in the 2017 events calendar.

Sailors Meeting

Followed by a One Hour Open Sailors Meeting, your chance to let the committee know your thoughts.  The meeting will be limited to one hour and there will be no fixed agenda. The floor is yours!

  1. The existing board will stand down as per the articles of the association. The entire board puts it self forward for re election.

    Any member wishing to put themselves forward for election will be welcomed and should email admin@ukwindsurfing.com with a proposer and seconder. All nominations to be received by 8pm on March 27th 2017

The UKWA respects the environment. Please print your own copies and bring to he meeting. We do not intend to have printed copies available.

Terms of attendance

The UKWA reserves the right to exclude or expel any member / non member / family / group or individual from its event site should it be considered that they may by their actions or the perception of such bring the UKWA, its hosts other parties or individuals into disrepute. The UKWA Committee, in part or in it’s entirety, shall be the sole judge of such action, and their decision is deemed final.

Persons expelled shall leave the event site within 30 minutes of any verbal notice and shall not return. Exclusion may be deemed temporary (this event) or permanent (all events). Permanent expulsion shall be the decision of the elected committee and shall be confirmed in writing within 21 days of any temporary expulsion, however any excluded individual may not attend any UKWA events during this period of consideration.
