Slalom (4)/Freestyle National events take part on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th only
We have heard that some of you have had difficulty pre-entering this event online. FOR THOSE OF YOU who haven't been able to get your name on the pre-entry list you may turn up on the day and the Whiteair team will do their best to get you in to the event; but you have to arrive on Saturday before 9am. The gates will be closed after that time. (see procedure for entry to event below)
The Festival is a 3-day event. The Freestyle National and Slalom competition takes place on the Saturday and Sunday only. Registration starts from 9am Saturday morning. Access to the site is available from Thursday 17th. Vehicle entry on site from Friday onwards will be available before 9am only.
Competitor entry is via the 'east end' gate where you will receive your Weekender Pass; drive down Duke's Mound and drop off your gear at Concorde 2.
Pre-Entry includes your free weekender pass:All competitors on the pre-entry list will receive a free weekender pass (rrp £73) which will be given to you when you arrive at the Festival. This pass will cover 3 days and 2 nights of music and sports, 10am-10pm Fri 18th/Sat 20th, 10am-6pm Sunday 20th.
White Air will also provide +1 full weekender pass (rrp £73) for girlfriends etc! (these can only be picked up at the competitor entry point on the day). Competitors must be validated UKWA members.
Once in, you will then have to register:For Freestyle: your organiser/registration contact is Louise Emery (07768 793874). For Slalom: Registration is being run by Brian Tilbury (07831 725829) and the race organiser is Bob Ingram (07889 161780).

Parties are on! Even better news is that we have arranged 3 FREE parties! Concord2 nightclub, famous for Fat Boy Slim, has opened it's doors and offered all competitors and race crews/staff FREE entry to Fri/Sat/Sun night parties 10am-4am!
The venue is directly behind the main stage on site at WA.This is strictly on a first come basis as the venue holds only 600 people.
Sports Action: There are some 43 sports involved at various levels of competition and display, with many 'have a go' options available to the public inc Windsurfing.
