EGM and Sailors Meeting

Notice is given of the following meetings of the UK Windsurfing Association on Saturday 12 November 2005 commencing at 2pm at The Langstone Hotel, Northney Road, Hayling Island.

1.Extraordinary General Meeting

To consider the following resolution proposed by the Executive:

That members subscriptions for 2006 be increased as follows:

Full membership £45 (£40 in 2005)
Junior membership £30 (no increase!)
Family membership £60 (£50 in 2005)

Junior members are under 18 years or in full time education.
Family membership covers all members of one family unit provided children are under the age of 18 years or in full time education.

2.Sailors Meeting - How was it for you?

What was good in 2005, what could be improved and any suggestions.

This will be a good opportunity to discuss events and organisation without the pressure of kit to organise or food to prepare.

If you are unable to attend you can submit in a proxy vote to Arabella at the office (details below) by 6pm Thursday 10th November 2005. This proxy can either be to appoint a person (eg the Chair or a friend who you know will be attending) to vote at their discretion on your behalf or to vote in a particular way.
