RPM massages at Whitwell

Gavin will on hand from friday evening to sunday afternoon to provide pre and post sports massage.

Time slots will be every 10mins from :

• friday evening (18.30 -20.00)
• sat morning ( 8.00 - 10mins before first race)
• sat evening (starting 30mins after first finisher of last race)
• sun morning ( 8.00 - 10mins before first race)

Email Gavin to book your slots, no payments needed till the day of racing, £10 per 10 minute slot (£1 of each massage goes to the NCH Charity)
