Marazion & Hove, Course & Slalom

18 April 2006

St Micheal's mount. A slow start leading to a great finish. The wind at Marazion only allowed the Techno 293 and Raceboard fleets to complete any races in the first 2 days. Formula finally completed their first race on the Sunday. On Monday the wind slowly built allowing all Course Racing disciplines several excellent races. 3 rounds of closely fought Slalom followed.

Marazion showed that Course Racing and Slalom can be run at the same event. However it does rely on both the wind gods and our well organised and hard working race team, both on the water and on the shore. Thank you race team!

See you all at Hove for Course Racing, Slalom and FreeWave.
