Winter training is back on the menu!

This is a no nonsense, full-on training programme in a good fun kind of way and this would be a good grounding for anyone hoping to pass selection or just improve on their sailing abilities. You may think no wind no training, you may have to think again, even when there is no wind we still have loads to learn. All you need to do is look at last year's students and see the results.

The training is aimed at Formula, Techno, and RSX, however, it is open to all. This is a list of dates potential for the winter training, first I would like to say a big well done to all of my students your results this year have been top class a big improvement made by all.

Please can you take you time to look over the dates, if there is any problems please let me know, I hope to do at least 1 may be 2 events at Rutland.

Dec 9th + 10th
Jan 27th + 28th
Feb 10th + 11th
Feb 24th + 25th
March 17th + 18th

If anyone needs to move the date around please say so theses are only a plan so far, and I will confirm all dates.

Course content:

Fitness Training / Rigging and Board Prep / The Course / Starts / Pumping / Upwind Downwind / Reaching / Gybes / Tacking.

This Training is not just for the youth Sailors, anyone wishing to improve of their sailing skills can join in.
Every Sunday there will be full on racing as well as the training and the results will be logged giving us our own mini series

Each weekend will be £30 unless you are a member of West Pennine sailboard club then the price is £25 -

To join the club it will cost around £20 which will save you some money detail will be given on the weekends

I am going to close the class size to 15 sailors in the pass I have only had around 5 - 6 but this year I have had a lot sailors asking about training so first come first get a place.
