Wind and Rain in equal proportions...

It was a weekend of two halves -wind on saturday , rain on sunday - and plenty of both !
Ocean Festival from Hove Lagoon was undoubtedly a success - summed up perfectly by the race team as they relaxed over a final cuppa before heading home - " a result in all disciplines -championship slalom racing, freewave , speedgun challenge and a masterblaser to finish off !"
The Masterblaster consisted of a beach start , a burn round a committee boat moored off brighton pier and back to the beach ---- in tricky on shore winds ! . Only 8 of the starters were able to complete the course in decreasingly suitable conditions -and here they are -
