Hayling Slalom update; K9 comeback....

Round 4 of the 2007 Slalom Championships takes place this weekend off West Beach, Hayling Island. Always a popular venue with funboarders , this next round will be crucial for prospective champions. Competition for top place is close in all divisions.
After 2 events ( Marazion being a non event !) Xavier Ferlet and Alan Jackson are tied on 4 points in Top Flight fleet. But looking to make a comeback to championship racing after a break of many years ( could it be 9) Guy Cribb with one event win to his credit (Hove ) could yet overhaul Xav and Alan .
There are no favourites showing as yet in the Challenge fleet - it is all to play for!
It could not be tighter in the Junior fleet - Sam Sills and Sam Latham on 3 points apiece - each with a win and 2nd place.

Dont forget masterblaster / off the beach racing for recreational enthusiasts and the F2 Speedgun Challenge .
