Whiteair 2007 is not far off...

26 July 2007

WHITEAIR Extreme Sports Festival 2007 has undergone a major transformation!

Windsurfing remains the central attraction but the dates have moved to accommodate the Whiteair Formula Windsurfing Grand Prix, bringing to the shores of the UK top formula racers from around the world, including current World Champion Steve Allen (AUS 0).

The event will also include Round 1 of the UKWA Freestyle Championships.
Whiteair is more than just a competition and advertisement for our sport. There are lots of things to see and do - plenty to keep you entertained for the week!

The racing is scheduled from Tuesday 28th August to Sat 1st September; the Freestyle from friday 31st to sunday 2nd. With so much going on, at such a busy time in the season, it is important to book your ferry and accommodation as soon as possible.

Parking is restricted on site, but secure storage for equipment is provided throughout the event : drop kit off on arrival ; pick up as you leave for home.
Not far from the race site is the"official" selected camping site - a superb location, country setting , but walking distance from all facilities. Shuttle service will be provided for less active individuals.

Guest House accommodation is available from the 27th.

A discounted deal has been negotiated with Wightlink Ferries - on the night flyer; please book early.
A detailed information sheet can be downloaded; also available upon request from: info@ukwindsurfing.com
