Anglesey on the horizon

one week to go until the UKWA Wave Championships Round 2 at Rhosneigr and have we got a fun packed weekend planned regardless of the wind & waves!
FRIDAY NIGHT (9th May)

Funsport in conjunction with Llandudno Ski Slope have organized an evening of flood lit action at the dry ski slope on the Orme in Llandudno (about 40mins before you get to Rhosneigr).

* Free Open practice snowboarding (for competent boarders).
* Free Snowboard lessons for anyone wishing to have a try.
* Free Sno-tubing on the slope (inflatable spinning donuts...great fun and very popular).
* Free use of the longest toboggan run in the UK until dusk.
* Free BBQ, food provided.

This evening is open to all competitors, parents and partners so those starting competition on the Saturday, please join us in Llandudno on the Friday night on your way to Rhosneigr for a snowboard and a burger! The fun starts from 7pm till late.

SATURDAY NIGHT (10th May)

Saturday night and we stay in Rhosneigr for a FREE buffet for all competitors at the new Serenity Cafe (with a nominal charge for parents/partners). Serenity Cafe will also be providing FREE lunches on each day of the event for competitors.

Oh yes, we also hope to get some awesome conditions and have a great competition!

Pro registration: 0930 Friday 9th at Funsport shop.
All other fleets: 0930 Saturday 10th at Funsport shop.
