When trying to achieve this, do you ever find yourself stuck in traffic? Is congestion interfering with your active lifestyle?

Channel 4's documentary series Cutting Edge is making a light-hearted film about the impact of congestion and traffic jams on our daily lives, and is looking for people to take part.

We are looking for outgoing couples and families who sometimes feel they are fighting a losing battle against the amount of cars on the road when trying to get somewhere.
