Long Service award

Last Weekend at Grafam Water Prize Giving Paul Chapman was awarded The UKWA Outstanding Contribution To Windsurfing Award 2015.

The award was made by the UKWA committee to honour Pauls years of long service to the association.

Paul has supported the associating for over 25 years and throughout has been supported himself by his wife Helen

Paul was presented with a clock and wife Helen with flowers.There was also an album of photographs from over the years.

UKWA Chairman, Bob Ingram said, There is no more worthy winner of this award than Paul, he is a pleaseure to work with but most of all Paul is just a great guy who has the respect of the entire team not to mention the sailors who rely on him and the team for their safety. Paul has earned the title of Lead Boatman. Long may he continue to support us.'
