LWA Summer Series

Hi LWA Sailors!

 

This coming weekend our 2015 Summer Series kicks off with a welcome return to Burghfield Sailing Club near Reading. Sailing at Burghfield presents a different challenge from our usual venues as in addition to the customary problems of getting round a course you have to decide which way to go round the islands!

 

Briefing is scheduled for 10:30, but when you arrive would you please make a point of signing on with Janet as soon as possible. We anticipate the usual four races, two before lunch and two after, with Race One due to start at 11:00 am.

 

Entry Fees are: Adults £15.00, Youths/Juniors £7.00

 

Please don't forget to bring your buoyancy, which is compulsory for all those under 18 but the Race Officer has the right to insist on all participants wearing their buoyancy if conditions or local regulations demand it.

 

Let's get the season off to a great start and please do some arm-twisting amongst your windsurfing mates to ensure we have a good turnout.
