Slalom 5 Cancelled

It is with regret that The UKWA announces the cancellation of The Worthing Slalom event this coming weekend 18-19th September.

Unfortunately Nik was informed late last week that the required land is no longer available for our use. Despite spending all weekend looking for an alternative venue he has been unsuccessful in relocating, therefore there is no alternative but to cancel. 

The UKWA apologises to it’s membership as we understand this is the second slalom event in a row to be called off at short notice. It is evident these are still difficult times for public events despite everyone’s best intentions. The UKWA has explored rescheduling both this and the previous cancelled event but unfortunately no alternative weekends are available

Nik has given his full support to the remaining event at Poole, when we can look forward to additional prizes from the team at Fanatic/Duotone/ION/K66 watch social media for more details to come.
