Then we have great news for you

On the weekend the of 16th & 17th June The UKWA will be returning to one of its favourite locations, Bridlington’s North Shore

To welcome newcomers with the support of East Riding Of Yorkshire council, any competitor who as not raced with the UKWA before can enter absolutely FREE. That is anyone with a Techno, an RS:X, a  longboard, a formula windsurf or a windfoil is welcome to join us. This applies to all ages and genders, however if you are a Techno sailor please note the smallest sail size the UKWA races at Cup events is 6.8. (If you are a competent 5.8 Techno sailor you can race in the 6.8 fleet if conditions look suitable, ask your coach).  Join us a Bridlington, you will be guaranteed a weekends fun with a warm friendly welcome. We will have a willing team available to explain procedures and mentors to assist throughout the event. On the water our safety team will watch over all competitors.

You will need to be a UKWA member or pay £10 for temporary membership to cover third party insurance but that’s it.

Event Entry normally £65 Adult £50 Junior/Youth - Absolutely FREE

Day Parking FREE

Overnight Parking/Camping (no grass) FREE

Competitors Showers Free / 24hr Toilets

Cafe on site, plenty of local pubs and restaurants, fun fair, leisure centre, beautiful beaches, easy access and a wonderful local community.
