The 3rd Cup event of the year took place at the Mumbles with a very promising forecast for the weekend. The main news prior to the racing was the absence of Richard Jones whose future on the circuit is under doubt for the rest of the season due to work commitments.

Poole slalom June 16th
Last night BDC played host to some high octane thrills and spills as part of Poole Slalom's usual Thursday evening "social" racing. Racing started on time and conditions could not have been better for the LONG 4 buoy downwind course.
