On arrival the wind was still blowing from the wrong direction. However there was also a keen group of slalomers prepared to wait for the coming goods.
After being thwarted by poor conditions in recent weeks the Hayling Slalom season finally got off with a bang this afternoon.
The season is about to spring into action with the first BSA slalom event at Hayling Island this weekend (7-8th April). For those who want a challenge, the round Hayling is on the Friday before (6th).
